SKI SEASON
Yuzawa New Otani is ideally located as a base to explore the ski and snowboard resorts in and around Yuzawa town. The closest ski hill is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel entrance and there are over 10 different ski resorts located within 25 minutes drive or bus ride from the hotel.

Free Coin Lockers
These free coin lockers are available to use throughout the year and can be used before check-in and after check-out. A 100 yen coin is needed but is returned after using the locker. The coin lockers are on the 1st Floor of the hotel. If your belongings cannot fit in these lockers, please ask at the Front Desk.
Ski lockers
These ski lockers can be used after check-in. Each is assigned a guest room number. Please store your ski and snowboard gear and clothing in these lockers rather than taking them to your guest room. These lockers can be used until 10:00am on the day of check-out.
Free Changing Room
This room can be used between 8:00am and 3:00pm. These is a Mens and Ladies room and they are both located on the 1st Floor of the hotel. Use the onsen hot spring changing rooms when this is closed.
Delivery corner
Baggage and items can be sent (or delivered) using the special delivery service. This counter is open from 9:00am until 5:30pm. Located by the ski lockers. If you wish to send gear to the hotel before your arrival please be sure to note the name under which your booking was made as well as the dates of your stay.
Rental shop
During the main winter season you can rent ski and snowboard equipment as well as ski wear. Please note that small accessories such as goggles, gloves and hats are not available for rental. Charges for rental are shown below.
